Brent Bell has been in the waste industry for 25 years. Bell is currently the vice president of recycling for WM, responsible for the operation of 100-plus facilities as well as the sale and marketing of over 10 million tons of recyclables, which are sold to our customers around the world.

Jon Stephens, CEO, Natura PCR

Jon Stephens is the CEO of Natura PCR, a Delaware limited liability company that manufactures post-consumer resins (PCR). Natura PCR is a leading company in the industry for LDPE and LLDPE PCR in flexible packaging. Stephens has more than 25 years of experience in the plastics recycling industry. He has served on the recycling committee for the PLASTICS association and the board of directors for the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) and Keep Texas Beautiful. He was instrumental in developing the film committee within APR and has led this group since its inception in 2015.

Haley Lowry, Global Sustainability Director, Dow

Haley Lowry is a global sustainability director at Dow with 17 years of experience creating new circular business models and products that integrate social, environmental and commercial goals across CPG, retail and plastics. Lowry frequently discusses plastic and waste issues and solutions at Green Biz, USAID, SXSW and Our Ocean. She has been published in Sustainable Brands, WEF, and The Guardian.

Dan Leif, Editorial Director, Resource Recycling

Dan Leif has been a business journalist for 15 years and currently serves as managing editor at Resource Recycling, Inc., the company that publishes Plastics Recycling Update magazine and produces the Plastics Recycling Conference. Leif has been with Resource Recycling since 2013 and previously worked for trade publications covering the specialty coffee and marketing industries.
