Where is the Conference Located?
The event is taking place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, just outside of Washington, D.C. The address is 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, Maryland 20745.

What are the dates of the event?
March 6–8, 2023.

What is included with the registration fee?

  • Admission to all 2023 Plastics Recycling Conference sessions

  • Entrance to exhibit hall featuring over 200 partner companies

  • Access to conference mobile app with digital networking tools

  • Entrance to hosted receptions and meal functions

  • Conference materials: attendee list, video of select sessions, and presentations in PDF format

Registration does not include lodging or airfare. For the best experience and pricing, be sure to book at the host hotel.


Can I purchase one-day or trade show-only passes?
No. Only all-inclusive three-day passes are available.

How do I download the event app?
The conference app is available to all registered attendees in both the Apple app store and the Google Play app store.

  1. Search for “Resource Recycling Events”

  2. Download the app

  3. Select the Plastics Recycling Conference 2023 event

  4. Enter your email address and Confirmation/Reference Number

Will there be livestreaming or virtual sessions?
No, but attendees will receive video of select sessions, plus presentations in PDF form after the close of the conference. Individuals who were not able to attend will have the opportunity to purchase these recordings and presentations after the show. 

What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend the event due to extenuating circumstances, notification of attendee registration cancellations must be received in writing on or before February 1, 2023. Notification can be emailed to ali@resource-recycling.com. No refunds are provided for sponsorship or exhibition space cancellations. 

I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
We will do our best to accommodate you. Please email ali@resource-recycling.com with your needs and/or requirements.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
On-site parking is available at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Guests may choose from valet or self-parking. Self-parking is $33 daily and $16 hourly. Valet parking is $54 daily.


Where do I go to check in?
Badge pickup, registration and our information desk are located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, in the Potomac Ballroom foyer. 

Where can I register on site?
If we have not sold out, you may register in the Potomac Ballroom Foyer Sunday, March 5, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or on Monday, March 6, starting at 7:00 a.m. 

 

Where are workshops/sessions/meals/the exhibit hall located?

  • Potomac Ballroom: Workshops, plenary sessions and concurrent sessions

  • Potomac Foyer: Registration, badge pickup, information, refreshment breaks, breakfast on Tuesday, March 7

  • Prince George BC: Exhibit hall, receptions, refreshment breaks, breakfast on Wednesday, March 8, exhibitor lunch Monday, March 6.

  • Riverview Ballroom: Lunches Monday, March 6 and March 7 


What happens if I lose my name badge?
Attendees are required to wear their name badge at all times when in the event space. It is your entry to sessions, the exhibit hall, meals and the networking receptions. We charge $250 for a reprinted badge.


I am checking out of the hotel on Wednesday morning. Will you have a place to store luggage? 
Yes, we will have secure luggage concierge services from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Chesapeake 6.

Where can I see who else will be attending the conference? 
You can find a full list of attendees in the conference app (see above for instructions on how to download the app).  In addition, an attendee list will be provided via email in late February.

Does my registration fee include access to the APR Member Meeting? 
No. This is a separate event for APR members and those interested in APR membership. Find more information about this event here.

I’m looking for a specific exhibitor.  Where can I find a map of the exhibit hall?
You can find a listing of all exhibitors and where their booth is located in the conference app (see above for instructions on how to download the app). Additionally, you can find an interactive map here.


When can I start setting up my exhibit booth? Who do I talk to about electrical access at my booth?  Where’s my shipping?
