Anne Johnson, Vice President and Principal, Resource Recycling Systems (RRS)

Anne Johnson is a principal and vice president at RRS and leads the Global Corporate Sustainability Practice. She has more than 26 years of multi-disciplinary experience in sustainable packaging design and recovery. As part of expanding RRS’s global services, she recently established RRS Asia. Her previous positions as founder and director of GreenBlue’s Sustainable Packaging Coalition and consultant at MBDC have added to her expertise in LCA, material systems and sustainable materials management. Johnson is on the board of directors for KAB and the Virginia Governor’s Council of Plastic Waste and Pollution. She is also a member of Verra’s Plastic Program Advisory Group.

Charles David Mathieu-Poulin, Manager of Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations, TC Transcontinental

Charles David Mathieu-Poulin is the manager of public affairs and stakeholder relations at TC Transcontinental, where he leads the company's external communications and governmental affairs. Since 2013, he has been involved in the organization's sustainability and circular economy efforts and was named one of Canada's "Top 30 Sustainability Leaders Under 30" by Corporate Knights in 2016 and one of "50 Changemakers in Canada" by the Globe and Mail in 2022. Mathieu-Poulinis also involved in several technical committees and industry initiatives, including the steering committee of the Circular Plastics Taskforce (CPT) and the advisory committee of the Canada Plastics Pact.

Tonya Randell, Public-Private Engagement Manager, Stina

Tonya Randell is the public-private engagement manager at Stina, a mission-based research and technology company. Stina conducts the Annual Plastic Recycling Study, develops online resources such as the Drop-Off Directory on bagandfilmrecycling.org, and leads multi-stakeholder initiatives such as the Plastic Squeeze Tube Recycling Projects. Randell manages the Film Drop-off Directory, which is the primary resource educating consumers on how to recycle bags, wraps and film and is the data analyst for the Plastic Squeeze Tube Recyclability Projects. Randell formerly served as president of the board of directors of the Carolina Recycling Association.

Mark Huber, Vice President of Business Development, iSustain

Mark leads business development for iSustain, which handles over 150 million pounds annually. Huber has 10 years of plant management experience in the chemical and food manufacturing space and over 17 years of experience developing, implementing and managing processes for recycling plastics, organics, medical waste, paper and chemicals. His experience allows him to implement practical solutions that meet and often exceed financial and environmental goals, utilizing a range of ever-changing mechanical and advanced recycling solutions.
