AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center offers daily roundtrip shuttle service to and from the Nashville International Airport. The shuttle runs 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. every 30 minutes. The shuttle departs from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center from Cascades Shuttle Canopy and the Magnolia Canopy. Cost is $19 per person one way. ATM LOCATIONS

ATMs are located near the Cascades Necessities shop, Delta Necessities shop, Magnolia Necessities shop and in the Ryman Hall prefunction.

BOARDING PASS PRINTERS

You can check in for your flight and print your boarding pass 24 hours a day with the printers available in the Cascades Lobby or Magnolia Lobby
near the shoe shine shop.

BUSINESS CENTER

FedEx Office is located across from Presidential Ballroom D. Services include large-format color printing, signs and banners, convention printing, file
assistance, and packaging shipping and receiving. Open daily from 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. with 24-hour access to computer rental, copying, printing and
faxing.

CAR RENTAL

Hertz is located in Cascades on the first floor just off of the hotel registration lobby. Rent a car online at hertz.com. You can also call 615-391-0162 or stop
the rental desk. The rental desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

CONFERENCE INTERNET

Complimentary internet kiosks are available in Presidential Lobby and in the exhibit hall in the Stay Connected Lounge for you to quickly check emails.
You can purchase WiFI Simplify for $55 per day/ device to be connected throughout the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. Order forms and
instructions for WiFI Simplify are available at the conference registration desks. The Gaylord Opryland provides complimentary wireless in the hotel lobby
and other public spaces throughout the resort.

CONFERENCE MOBILE GUIDE

EXHIBITOR SERVICES

Exhibitor service desks are located in the far back corner of the exhibit hall. Services include GES expo services, ExpoBadge lead retrieval services, PSAV
audio/visual services, and Gaylord Expo Services that include electrical, water, air, internet and telecommunications.

FITNESS CENTER AND POOLS

Located within the Relache Spa, 3,500 square feet are designated to state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, circuit training and free weights. The fitness center is available to all registered resort guests. The Relache indoor pool is a tropical paradise with a designated lap lane and plush chaise lounges. Should the weather permit, enjoy the Magnolia outdoor pool, surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The Cascades outdoor pool offers two pools and a heated whirlpool.

GOLF

Recognized as one of the top public golf courses in Tennessee, Gaylord Springs Golf Links is just five minutes away via complimentary shuttle and offers an 18-hole, par 72 course. Call 615-458-1730 for tee times. If the weather doesn’t permit outdoor golfing, practice your short game at the putting greens located in the exhibit hall, sponsored by Nova Chemicals.

GUEST ROOM INTERNET

You may purchase wireless or wired connections in your guest rooms starting at $14.99 per day.

LUGGAGE CONCIERGE

Store your bags with the luggage concierge any time between 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21 in Ryman Hall B3. Don’t forget to use

NAME BADGE

Your conference name badge is your admission to all elements of the conference, including conference sessions, the exhibit hall and meal functions.
Security personnel will enforce this requirement. In the back of your name badge, you will find the conference schedule for quick reference, one drink
ticket for the opening of the exhibit hall reception on Monday, two drink tickets for Tuesday night’s reception, and one beverage ticket to be used at the

On-site parking is $29 daily and valet parking is $38daily. The conference does not validate parking.

Restrooms are located just off the Presidential Lobby behind the elevator and across from Ryman Hall B2-3.

SHUTTLE SERVICE TO HONKY TONK ROW & DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE

The Wildhorse Downtown Shuttle runs on a 90-minute continuous loop. Catch the shuttle from the Cascades Canopy starting at 10:00 a.m. and
from the Magnolia Canopy starting at 10:05 am. Once downtown, catch the shuttle back to the hotel in front of the Wildhorse Saloon every 90 minutes
starting at 10:45 a.m. or in front of the Ryman Auditorium starting at 10:50 a.m. The last shuttle to leave downtown is from the Ryman Auditorium
at 12:20 a.m. Tickets can be purchased for $20 roundtrip, or you can purchase a three-day pass for $40. Tickets can be purchased at the Concierge in
the Cascade Lobby.
